Totale Katastrophe. Laut DHL und Sendungsverfolgung hat gear4 meine Rücksendung angenommen und verschludert. Statt mir mein Geld zurück zu zahlen, muss ich einen nachweisen, dass Sie das Paket erhalten haben!! Ist doch Irrsinn. Ich muss jetzt bei DHL Antrag stellen und ev. wochenlang auf Antwort warten - wenn bei DHL klappt. Kaufe nie wieder bei einem Laden im Ausland. Nur mit Sitz in Deutschland. -

Eine ganz schlimme Firma!!!! Habe ein Bass-Saxophon bestell, welches in total unspielbaren Zustand ankam (angeblich in England überprüft. HaHaHa - Brexitqualität) Habe nunmehr für Instrumentenbauer und anderes Mundstück bereits 1500,- E investiert. Jetzt geht‘s einigermaßen. Das gleiche Instrument gibt es mittlerweile bei Thomann für 1500,- billiger. Mein Fazit:besser bei einer deutschen Firma und nicht bei Gear4music kaufen, was mir mittlerweile um 3000,- E teurer gekommen ist -

Umtausch problemlos mit freundlichem deutschsprachigen Kundendienst abgeklärt. Rückgabe auch im deutschen Lager in Mülheim möglich, spart Portokosten wenn man in der Gegend ist. -

Habe am 18.01.16 Becken bestellt sind noch nicht da. Angeblich, kann Lieferant voraussichtlich erst am 27.01.16 liefern. Hoffe, dass es so ist wie es ist. Bin bis jetzt nicht so überzeugt vom Shop, aber die Hoffnung stirbt zu letzt. -

guter Shop, bestelle ich immer wieder
